A Moxie Review: Wirefly.com

Freedom...well freedom to choose the carrier I would be indebted to for the next two years. I decided to end the torture with T-Mobile and reunite with AT&T. I placed an order through http://www.wirefly.com/. They offer a nice selection of mobile phones at no cost plus free expedited shipping. Initially I chose the wrong Blackberry Curve but when I realized this the order had shipped out already. The weekend was approaching and I didn't want to be without a cell phone. So I called and asked them would they be willing to ship me the correct phone immediately so that we can speed up the process. I was reaching...I thought I might get a chuckle from the agent. To my surprise I guess these things happen often and I was told they would accommodate me with a $250.00 deposit on my credit card...what?! You have to be kidding, right?! The agent places me on hold and comes back and says...we'll waive the fee. Just sign the package and place the pre-paid shipping label on the box and send it back to us. Ahhh great customer service. I love it! This was on Thursday afternoon. I received the phone on Friday- business as usual.

  1. Now that's what I'm talking about! I too bought a phone from WireFly.com some time ago and yes, they are great! I received my phone in 24 hours. Now that's customer service. Ms. Consumer Moxie, did you post any blogs yet on Bank Of America? Well as promised; I switched back to Chase on Monday. BofA is not a forgiving banking company AT ALL. Now their customer service needs some polishing. Please spread the word.
