Vibe Magazine returns with Chris Brown gracing its cover. The issue hits newstands on December 8th. Vibe will now produce 4 issues a year down from 10 it normally produced before they shut their doors in June. Vibe is focusing on being a digital influenced business where the magazine is supporting this effort not the other way around. For more click here.
